SHIPPING

All orders ship between 2-10 business days. You will receive an email with a confirmation that your item is packed and ready to be shipped with tracking details.

Items from Jonathan Adler & L'Objet may take longer than 5 days to ship depending on stock. If so, you will receive an email or text from us regarding the shipping details.

Once an item is dispatched, we are no longer responsible for it. Errors made by wrong address input, carrier problems vis USPS are not our responsibility and do not qualify for an order refund.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Items being purchased are qualified to be exchanged within 14 days after being purchased/recieved. We do not accept returns and do not do refunds. Items being exchanged must be in new and selling condition with the box that it came in.

If you are located 10 miles within Glendale we offer same day delivery to your front door. Deliveries that exceed 10 miles out of Glendale have a delivery fee of $10.00.
